Personal pick-up is possible in Berlin.

Orders are processed as soon as we have received payment in full.

You will be forwarded a tracking number for your reference as soon as the order is picked up by DHL.

All import duties will be charged to the recipient by DHL or the local customs office directly, once the parcel reaches its destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. FAÇADE has no control over these charges. For more information on your country's specific import taxes please contact UPS or the customs office in your country directly.

For all parcels that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges; the customer assumes full responsibility for all costs of return including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.

For orders outside the EU: if your order is above 1000 EUR and will be exported back to FAÇADE, then the application for Export Documents for your order must be carried out by FAÇADE at the EU customs office. Please note that the processing time for these documents may take up to an additional 2-3 days.

Shipping fees

FAÇADE ships worldwide for the following fees:

• Germany: DHL approximately 2 business days – 30 EUR
• EU: DHL approximately 2 business days – 30 EUR
• USA + Canada: DHL approximately 2 business days – 30 EUR
• Rest of World including UK: DHL approximately 2 business days – 30 EUR
